Derthick Henley & Wilkerson Architects is a regionally recognized award winning design firm offering services in architecture, interior design and planning. The firm founded in 1959 currently employs seventeen people located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Mr. Alan Derthick, Mr. Carroll Henley and Mr. William Wilkerson, the named partners, serve as the management team along with two other partners. The staff includes eight registered architects. Practice Profile The history of the firm, still maintained today, is of a very diversified practice. While the firm concentrates on public, institutional, commercial and religious work, we also design fine homes and selected industrial facilities. We have been fortunate through the years to attract clients that have allowed us to pursue design excellence. While we have an average tenure of over fifteen years for our staff, we are constantly looking to invest in good people. Environmental Sensitivity We feel fortunate to practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a city that is recognized as a leader in sustainable design initiatives.
